29 April, “Qingtian Rental” announced the completion of a pre-A round of financing amounting to hundreds of millions of yuan.
Investors in this round include industry players such as Zhengda Group’s Zhengda Robotics, Changxin Shares, and others, with multiple listed companies like Meg Intelligent and Lens Technology participating, and existing shareholders Mingjia Capital, Zhixing Investment, and Ruizi Venture Capital subscribing oversubscribe.
The funds raised will mainly be used for the construction of a nationwide fulfillment service network, upgrading of robot assets and dispatch systems, improvement of logistics insurance systems, refinement of standardized scenario products, and expansion of the global service network.
