The “proof of human” project World by Sam Altman is teaming up with the leading Web3 game studio Mythical Games — the company behind titles like FIFA Rivals, NFL Rivals, and Pudgy Party.
According to the agreement, Mythical will bring its players onto the World network and apply the “proof of human” identification technology to distinguish real people from bots.
Both companies stated that the goal is to protect fairness in gaming economies, as bots are increasingly being abused to exploit rewards. A study by World showed that 75% of gamers believe that bots diminish the gaming experience.
In addition, Mythical will launch its MYTHOS chain on the World network, becoming the first Layer 3 blockchain built on World Chain.
