#币安HODLer空投MMT Once again, the account balance has turned green.

Having been in this circle for eight years, I’ve seen all kinds of tricks. On the surface, trading strategies look diverse, but the underlying logic is usually just a few core principles. Recently, I observed a particular asset’s movement that’s a textbook example of chip transfer.

**Phase One:** Low-volume decline tests patience. The price slowly drops from $1.20 to $0.90, with decreasing trading volume and calm candlesticks. This kind of movement is the most torturous—watching your assets shrink daily without any clear signals. Many holders start questioning the fundamentals and begin to cut losses. Meanwhile, the main funds quietly accumulate around the $0.90 level, silently absorbing sell-offs.

**Phase Two:** Inducing a rally to trap and harvest. Suddenly, a long bearish candle pushes the price down to $0.70, then quickly rebounds to $0.95. This sharp drop and rebound often trigger bottom-fishing impulses. Technical traders see a “double bottom” forming and rush in. But the rally doesn’t last—price dips again, breaking previous lows to $0.65. Those chasing the bottom get caught and trapped.

**Phase Three:** Creating panic to complete the washout. Coupled with “negative news”—such as internal team disputes or large investors fleeing—the price is hammered down to $0.50. Community sentiment collapses; even the most steadfast holders start doubting everything. Yet, on-chain transfer records show large addresses are quietly accumulating chips.

Once the concentration of chips reaches an ideal level, the market suddenly surges. From $0.50, it jumps straight to $1.00. Those who sold earlier are still hesitant, while new funds push the price higher, raising the cost basis. The transfer of chips from old holders to new ones is complete, and resistance levels are cleared.

Over the years, I’ve realized one thing: Washouts are about replacing blood, not stealing money. They clear out those who can’t handle volatility and bring in those willing to accept the current valuation, allowing the market to move forward smoothly.

Next time you see a sharp correction, don’t panic immediately. It might not be the end but rather the beginning of a new cycle.

I’ve also spent a long time navigating through chaos until I learned to recognize these signals. Now I have some basis for judgment. The road is long—let’s watch together.
