The positive signals released by the Fed's rate cut should not be overly optimistic, as hidden risks in the market are actually worth paying close attention to.

First, let's look at the performance of small-cap coins. When the rate cut cycle just begins, smart money usually rushes into mainstream coins with solid fundamentals and strong certainty. Conversely, those small coins lacking real application support? They often fail to keep up during upward movements and tend to lead the decline. This "not rising but leading the fall" curse has repeatedly wiped out a batch of careless investors.

Next is the high-level temptation after the January meeting. During market volatility, the impulse to chase highs is the most deadly. The seemingly bullish rally is nine times out of ten a trap set for you. Instead of getting caught at the top, it's better to patiently wait for a pullback before re-entering. This is the mindset that experienced bear market participants should have.

Finally, don't treat rate cuts as a universal key. The Federal Reserve's policies are indeed important, but they are just one of the factors influencing the crypto market. Sudden regulatory actions, a major ecosystem explosion, macro black swan events—any of these can instantly reverse the trend. Relying too much on a single logic can easily lead to a crash. Remember one thing: the moment positive news is realized, it is often the moment when risks have truly accumulated.

That's partly right, but not entirely. Small-cap coins are indeed a harvest for the leeks, but the bottom line really hammered out by this rate cut is worth copying, as long as you're not greedy.

It's the same old story of interest rate cuts being good news. It's really hard not to laugh. Every time, they just keep fooling new investors into chasing the high.

It's the same old story. Small-cap coins are indeed "scythe harvesters." I've seen too many people caught at the top, crying and shouting for their mothers.

It's the same old story again, thinking that lowering interest rates can save the market? Wake up, I'm tired of the same old scam where small coins are used to fleece retail investors.
