From the 4-hour and daily charts, it appears to be unable to break through and pull back.

What I mean is a trajectory change upwards, not a surge. Although the daily chart is currently upward, the strength is not enough—at least it hasn't formed a decent bullish candlestick. The key issue is the lack of volume.
