What exactly is CLMM doing? Simply put, it turns liquidity into an actively manageable asset.

What is the traditional approach? You think the price will fluctuate within a certain range, so you concentrate your principal within that price range. This way, when the price indeed moves within your expected range and traders come to trade, you can earn trading fees.

But here’s the key point—if the price fluctuates significantly and moves outside your set range, your funds stop working. It’s not a loss, but idle. Only when the price returns to the range can liquidity re-engage.

This design gives liquidity providers a choice. You can flexibly adjust your capital deployment based on market expectations, rather than passively bearing the risk of price fluctuations across the entire range. To some extent, this is an evolution in DeFi liquidity management.

Well said, but in practice, it still depends on your judgment. If you misjudge the market trend, it can be quite embarrassing.

Basically, it's about making a profit only if you bet on the right direction; if you bet wrong, you just lie down and wait to die.

Basically, if you bet on the right range, you earn passively; if you bet wrong, you watch your money sit there. Sounds simple, but how about actual operation?

Ultimately, it still depends on your own judgment. If you bet correctly on the range, you can earn passive income; if you bet wrong, you'll have to watch your money sit idle. This kind of move really depends on the individual.

Well said, finally someone has clarified this issue. But to be honest, there aren't many people who can truly make good use of CLMM; most are still trapped in a tough situation.

Sounds good, but the problem is that most people can't predict correctly at all, and in the end, they still lose money.
