True winners are not bound by these kinds of rhetoric.

Look at those who boast all day long—"I work deeply for 6 hours today"—they are actually brainwashed by productivity anxiety. They trap themselves in a false sense of superiority, as if working 100 hours a week can make them superior to others.

But here’s the key: investing 100 hours a week in something you are truly passionate about completely outperforms those who are forced to work overtime for 100 hours.

Obsession and discipline are never the same thing. The former is intrinsic motivation, while the latter is often just a false appearance of self-discipline. Successful people are not enslaved by the number of hours they work; they are driven by passion.

ngl the whole "grinding hours" thing is just noise in the mempool... real ones are plotting optimal execution paths while these productivity bros get stuck in congestion. obsession flows like low gwei patterns—frictionless, inevitable. discipline? that's just failed predictions trying to look intentional lmao

That's right, those who spend all day posting on social media about their work hours are really doing it wrong. Bragging about self-discipline every day is pointless; everyone in Web3 understands that the ones who actually make money are never the ones working the hardest. Only with passion can you hold on; being forced into 996 is just living like a walking corpse.

That's what they say, but I find that most people can't really tell whether they're genuinely passionate or just fooling themselves. Out of ten people who talk about obsession every day, nine are actually just being hijacked by anxiety. Isn't this logic also not that deep? Overtime culture is indeed disgusting, but no matter how strong your real ability is, it takes time to accumulate. You can't just rely on passion to make a living. They look very clear-headed, but in fact, they're just selling another set of anxiety.

Exactly right, but many people treat self-discipline as a show of productivity, posting check-ins on social media every day. People who are truly getting things done have no time to post these.

That's right. Those who post work screenshots every day are really quite funny. The ones who actually get things done quietly make money without showing off, who has time to flaunt that?

That's all there is to it. The people who really make money don't count their hours every day. Wake up, that PUA talk is long outdated. I just like this kind of statement; it's much more sincere than those screenshot shows. Passion is the ultimate growth hack, no doubt. This is what I want to hear. Don't keep feeding me anxiety and motivational clichés.
