$VVV Signal】Pullback to Long! 1H Retracement Confirmation, Negative Funding Rate Still Expecting Short Squeeze

$VVV The 1H timeframe has experienced a violent surge and is now undergoing a healthy retracement correction. The current price is around 4.175, just retracing to the 1H EMA20 (4.11) support level, and the 1H RSI(55.57) has fallen from overbought territory to neutral, providing room for re-accumulation. Looking at the 4H level, the price remains well above EMA20(3.37) and EMA50(2.71), with the upward trend structure intact. The key point is: the funding rate is as high as -0.7434%, yet the price remains firm and open interest is stable. This is a typical short squeeze fuel, with extremely high short position costs, and any upward movement could trigger chain liquidations.

🎯Direction: Long (Long)

🎯Entry/Orders: Enter in batches between 4.15 - 4.18 (Reason: 1H EMA20 dynamic support zone & previous small platform high point )

🛑Stop Loss: 3.99 (Reason: Break below the previous rally start point at 4.0 and ATR lower band )

🚀Target 1: 4.45 (Reason: Previous high resistance zone, also the middle of the 4H bullish candle )

🚀Target 2: 4.70 (Reason: Break new high, heading towards the 1.618 Fibonacci extension level )

🛡️Trade Management:

- Position suggestion: Light position (Reason: Hot Coin volatility is intense, and prices are near historical highs, high risk )

- Execution strategy: Use staggered entries, average entry around 4.165. After reaching Target 1, reduce position by 50%, and move the stop loss of the remaining position to the entry price (break-even). If the price strongly breaks through 4.70, consider holding part of the position to capture a larger short squeeze move.

Deep logic: The order book shows buy depth significantly thicker than sell depth (depth imbalance -11.35%), with obvious signs of large orders supporting the bottom, indicating main force’s willingness to defend at key levels. Although the latest 1-hour candlestick shows active selling (is_taker_buying: false), this is normal profit-taking after a surge. The core driver remains the extremely high negative funding rate, like a tightly compressed spring. Once the 1H retracement completes and a volume-driven bullish candle appears, it can easily trigger a short squeeze secondary rally. The game here is about the retracement buy point within the trend, not a reversal.
