Leading by Example to Share Experience! Jinan High-tech Zone Huangjingu School Conducts Backbone Teacher Demonstration Class Activity

On March 10th, Jinan High-tech Zone Golden Valley School launched a week-long demonstration class activity for backbone teachers. The event aims to deepen classroom teaching reform, implement the “Three Learning and Five Circles” teaching model, demonstrate the leading role of backbone teachers, build a platform for teacher交流 and discussion, and involve all teachers in observing and evaluating lessons to promote teaching quality through research and assessment.

This demonstration class covers various subjects in elementary and middle school, selecting experienced and well-qualified backbone teachers from each subject group to teach. The teachers focus on the core requirements of the “Three Learning and Five Circles,” deeply interpret the concepts of “Pre-learning, Co-learning, and Extended Learning,” accurately implement the processes of “自主寻疑 (independent inquiry),合作探疑 (collaborative inquiry),展示质疑 (questioning display),建构释疑 (constructive explanation),训练答疑 (training in answering questions),” and combine subject characteristics with student learning situations. They carefully design teaching segments and innovate teaching methods, integrating the cultivation of core literacy throughout the entire classroom process.

In the classroom, backbone teachers showcase their talents: some introduce engaging scenarios to stimulate students’自主寻疑 (independent inquiry) interest; some organize group cooperative exploration to fulfill the co-learning requirement, allowing students to solve difficult problems through thinking碰撞 (collision of ideas); some focus on the questioning display segment, encouraging students to express themselves boldly and highlighting the主体地位 (subjective role) of students; others precisely control the constructive explanation and training in answering questions segments, organizing knowledge frameworks and consolidating learning outcomes. Each demonstration class features clear ideas, tight segments, and efficient interaction, demonstrating the professional素养 (quality) and teaching skills of backbone teachers, while also providing a teaching model for all teachers to learn from.

This activity is not only a concentrated display of the teaching style of backbone teachers but also an in-depth practice of the “Three Learning and Five Circles” teaching model and an opportunity for teachers to learn from each other and grow together. Golden Valley School will take this event as a starting point to continue deepening classroom teaching, focusing on teaching and research, leveraging the leading role of backbone teachers, and promoting the professional能力 (ability) of all teachers to drive high-quality educational development.
