A reporter asked: We noticed that China previously stated that China and the U.S. will hold the 6th round of China-U.S. economic and trade consultations soon. Does the Ministry of Commerce have any latest updates?

Answer: According to an agreement between China and the U.S., Member of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee and Vice Premier of the State Council He Lifeng will lead a delegation to France from March 14 to 17 to hold economic and trade consultations with the U.S. side. Both sides will be guided by the important consensus reached during the China-U.S. summit in Busan and previous phone calls, and will conduct consultations on economic and trade issues of mutual concern.
