After partnering with Jackson Yee, they once again play the "tech card": the launch of Serta's new smart product, with the stock price slightly falling but unable to hide the influx of capital.
Ask AI · Why does the stock price slightly decline while funds continue to accumulate, and what does this imply about the trend?
On the evening of March 20, Mu Si held a new product launch in Beijing, unveiling the HarmonyOS Smart Choice Mu Si Smart Bed Pro H-DESIGN. In the capital market, Mu Si is experiencing a valuation shift from a traditional home furnishing company to a tech sleep platform.
Although Mu Si’s stock price fell slightly by 1.39% on that day, the long-term value judgment by funds has already shown signs. As of the close on March 20, Mu Si’s stock closed at 26.23 yuan, a slight decrease of 1.39%, but main capital inflow was 1,009,900 yuan, indicating that funds are actively accumulating. Just over a month ago, on February 4, when Mu Si announced that Yi Yangqianxi became the brand’s first global ambassador, the stock price closed up 5% that day. Currently, the stock’s rolling P/E ratio is about 16 times, with one institution giving a buy rating in the past 90 days. The average target price from institutions over the last 90 days is 35.0 yuan, suggesting more than 30% upside potential from the current price.
Returning to the launch event itself, Mu Si Group CTO Chen Wenze introduced that the mattress can dynamically sense sleeping positions through built-in sensors, achieving precise zoning adjustments of softness and firmness for shoulders, back, hips, and legs. The highly anticipated “Smart Snoring Intervention” feature has an accuracy rate of up to 80%. When snoring is detected, the head of the bed will automatically lift slowly by 15 degrees, and return to normal after snoring stops. Pan Tianhong, founder of Film and Television Hurricane, shared his experience on-site, saying, “I tried the smart snoring intervention feature myself, and it’s quite practical.”
Additionally, the company is accelerating its overseas expansion by acquiring Singapore-based MIPL and a factory in Indonesia to enter the Southeast Asian market. Guojin Securities and other institutions believe that AI mattresses are expected to drive a new round of growth for the company. Of course, the market also needs to pay attention to potential variables such as the post-cycle impact of real estate and the pace of new product promotion.
