Fu Sheng Tears into Zhou Hongyi on Moments: You Owe 100 Million and Haven't Paid It Back, Plus You Deleted Me
Sina Tech News, March 20th — In the early morning, Fu Sheng, Chairman of Cheetah Mobile, posted on his social media saying, “Someone with a conscience said they would return at least 100 million yuan to you, stop the lawsuit in Hong Kong, you agreed, and then after your A-share listing, you refuse to answer no matter how many times asked. Who do you think is really at fault?”
According to another leaked screenshot from a social group, the person Fu Sheng referred to is Zhou Hongyi, founder of 360 Group. Fu Sheng directly said in the group chat, “You owe me money, and you refuse to pay it back, even deleting me. You xx.” He also stated, “You got blacklisted and scammed out of hundreds of millions, and in the end, you were deleted. If you keep acting so indifferently, I think you’re impressive.”
Public information shows that Fu Sheng joined Qihoo, founded by Zhou Hongyi, in 2005. He rose from a frontline employee to head of 360 Security Guard. In 2008, he left 360 due to ideological differences. The two sides then engaged in years of lawsuits and mudslinging, with ongoing grudges for over a decade.
In January 2024, the two publicly appeared together for a dialogue, expressing that their differences had been resolved. Now, their feud has once again become public.
As of now, neither Fu Sheng nor 360 has responded to this matter.
