1. Start Time Explanation
Gate currently offers three options for the start time of price change percentages. Users can choose and switch between them based on their needs:
- Last 24 hours: The change % is to compare the last price of this moment to that of 24 hours ago.
- UTC+8 00:00: The change % is to compare the last price of this moment to that at 0' clock Beijing time.
- UTC 00:00: The change % is to compare the last price of this moment to that at 00:00 (midnight) UTC.
2. Switch on the App
- Log in to the app, tap your avatar in the top left corner of the homepage. Then tap the arrow next to your avatar, and select "Preferences" - " Change Basis."
- Choose the start time you want to set under "Change Basis"
3. Switch on the Web

Log in to your Gate account, click "Trade" in the top navigation bar, then select "Spot." On the trading page, click the "Settings" icon in the top right corner.

Select "Start-End Time of the Change" to make your switch.
Notes：
The app uses UTC time. UTC 00:00 is 08:00 Beijing Time, and UTC+8 00:00 is 00:00 Beijing Time. Please make sure to choose the correct option.
