If you notice that the amount received after selecting Receive does not match the amount sent, or if the funds have not arrived, please refer to the following solutions:

Tap the avatar icon in the top left corner of the wallet home screen, then select Feedback. On the transaction not received page, enter your transaction hash and select the token network to submit your feedback. alt
