Hana Financial Group and Standard Chartered Group sign a cooperation agreement to jointly expand digital asset and other financial services.

Gate News Report, March 16 — According to Yonhap News Agency, Hana Financial Group and Standard Chartered Group (SC Group) signed a business agreement to strengthen cooperation in global finance and digital assets. Under the agreement, both parties will deepen collaboration in investment banking (IB), capital markets, foreign exchange, and other global financial sectors, and jointly explore future financial collaborations, including digital assets. Hana Financial Group Chairman Ham Young-joo stated that this partnership will leverage both companies’ global networks and financial expertise to create new growth opportunities in future financial sectors, including digital assets. Standard Chartered Group CEO Bill Winters said this collaboration marks an important milestone for their global network operations.
