World Chain Adopts Smart Agent Commerce Application Standard ERC-8183

Gate News, March 20 — World Chain announced the adoption of the open permissionless standard ERC-8183 for intelligent agent-oriented commercial applications. This standard was jointly released by Virtuals Protocol and the Ethereum Foundation dAI team. Its custody mechanism and evaluator certification are implemented through on-chain smart contracts. The core component of ERC-8183 is the Job, which involves three parties: the requester, the service provider, and the evaluator. All parties are identified solely by wallet addresses to ensure broad applicability of this fundamental component. This mechanism drives the task flow through four key states: Open, Funding, Submission, and Final State (Completed/Rejected/Expired), ensuring trustless transactions.
