Aren't you curious why this pump was done by the market maker without considering costs, with no logic involved? The Candlestick charts aren't very helpful, there are few opportunities for traders to get on board, retail investors are afraid to enter a position and go long, but they also don't want to miss out, so they can only resort to shorting, and as a result, they get played for suckers. Isn't everyone in the same situation?
The market maker's goal is no longer limited to the current liquidity; in other words, the retail investors in the crypto space are no longer worth the market maker's effort to play people for suckers, as there is too little meat.
