PANews reported on May 15 that lawyer John E Deaton, who supports Crypto Assets, warned that if the U.S. Congress fails to pass the stablecoin GENIUS Act in a timely manner, substantial encryption regulatory reforms may be postponed until 2029. This view is supported by Ryan Selkis, the founder of Messari, among others. Deaton criticized the U.S. regulatory attitude for its severe fluctuations between government transitions, stating that the current regulations still rely on the legal framework from the 1930s and 1940s. Selkis specifically pointed out that if the bill is not passed this week, the prospects for Crypto Assets reform during the future Trump administration could be thwarted. #PFVS Launchpad 认购开启 #ETH突破2700美元 #4月CPI数据公布
