Solana ETF Delayed: Is it a Bearish Signal? Or a Build-Up Before a "Buy the Dip" Opportunity?

In the latest news from May, the SEC has decided to postpone the approval process for the Solana ETF, which is generally viewed as a short-term negative for the market. However, based on historical experience, each time there is a "delay," it often leads to a larger breakout.
