The world seems chaotic, but in essence, it is your own world. Life is an experience; enrich yourself and do not fear pain. To the extreme, pain becomes liberation. As for our lifelong pursuit of stability and visible life goals, it is entirely contrary to true growth, which is the return of a clarified mind. True ease comes from ignoring external things. Be your own observer. When you see the river, you are already outside of it. When you can see your emotions, you are already outside of your emotions. Emotions themselves do not exist. Calm down and listen to your inherent self, which will tell you the answers. Use your extraordinary perspective to understand and embrace. The more you accept something, the more it will disappear; the more you resist something, the more it will torment you. Avoiding fate and escaping cause and effect binds the true self with many shackles. Following fate leads to cause and effect, and today I finally realize I am me.
