To contact online customer service: On the app - Home - Top left corner icon - A pop-up page will appear, click the top right corner 🎧 - "Can't find the answer, click here" - Enter "manual" in the input field below - Select "transfer to manual" in the reply message and choose the relevant issue; On the web version - Homepage - Bottom right corner 🎧 - "Can't find the answer, click here" - Enter "manual" in the input field below - Select "transfer to manual" in the reply message and choose the relevant issue.
