Only withdrawing is useful, open orders are not useful. Just like you said, one is a demand deposit and the other is a time deposit. If you withdraw the money from the bank, then the money cannot be activated by the bank.

Aren't open orders just keeping the price low by creating resistance? If there are so many orders, they aren't allowing a pump, right?

What is the use of open orders? The exchange can smash it, fake coins are fine, it’s just a number.

In their own account, can they still misappropriate it?
#PI Those who have Spot in hand should sell it with open orders! Lock the coin with open orders to prevent bad actors from taking advantage.
