Sometimes I feel too far removed from the users...

They don't know what multi-chain is, what a keyless wallet is, or even what a wallet address is used for. They just want to play with contracts, open U cards, and do OTC trades.

Even a simple customer service issue can take many rounds of conversation just to collect wallet information, making it very inefficient.

Even if I help them solve a particular problem this time, if they don’t supplement their basic on-chain knowledge and remain impatient for quick results, they are very likely to fall victim to phishing, theft, or lack risk awareness.

As Web3 products gradually become social currency today, more and more beginners are coming in. Who will teach these users about the crypto ecosystem, help them get started, and move forward?
