It will be an important decision because it will be the final decision of 2025 and one that could also shape the year 2026.

The expectation is that a 25 basis point cut will be made.

Of course, even if the interest rate cut comes in line with expectations, it will be the statements of President #Powell at 22:30 that will affect the markets.

The tension between Chairman Powell and #trump is also a tabloid dimension of the matter, and I don't go into that at all, thinking you already know.
