Take my advice — stop right now.

Really, this is not an alarmist warning. Your current state is like going into battle with real swords and guns but having no basic training. If you continue like this, burning money will be just a matter of time.

First, switch to a demo account and practice honestly. Don’t find it troublesome; it’s a necessary step. Use virtual funds to test your trading logic and validate your methodology until you achieve consistent and stable profits, then consider using real money.

What’s the key? Strict trading discipline. Without it, even the best market conditions are useless in front of you. Many people fail here — they know what to do but just can’t do it. No stop-loss set, greed taking over, emotional trading… one trap after another waiting for you.

I’ve seen too many people whose account money disappears like flowing water in an instant. It’s a pity. Instead of learning the hard way, it’s better to change now. The demo account gives you the best opportunity to learn from mistakes — make good use of it.

The words are quite harsh, but they really hit home. I’ve been through it myself and truly don’t want to see anyone repeat my mistakes. --- I took three months to get comfortable with real money in the demo account; this step is absolutely essential. --- Discipline, ah discipline. It sounds simple, but actually doing it is deadly. I am now someone whose emotions are being manipulated. --- Few people listen to the advice to stop; everyone just wants to get rich quickly. --- I once emptied my account, and now I get a little nervous when I see articles like this. The advice is indeed good advice. --- I made huge profits during the demo, but once I went live with real money, I was socially dead. I guess many people are like that. --- Setting stop-losses poorly is truly a fatal disease; I am a living example of the opposite.

The demo account is really my lifesaver. I only realized this truth after losing four figures on the real account last year.

That's right, I've also learned the hard way and simply can't control my hands.

Yeah, you're absolutely right. I’ve been struggling in the simulation account for about half a year before I dared to trade with real money. Otherwise, I would have gone to zero long ago haha. --- The simulation account has really saved me countless times. Seeing newcomers go all-in straight away makes me want to advise them to stay calm. --- Discipline is the hardest part, knowing it is easy but doing it is difficult. I still often break the rules. --- The two words "stop loss" are simple, but when it’s really time, your hands will shake. Do you understand, everyone? --- I’ve seen too many accounts wiped out instantly, it’s a bit terrifying. It’s better to be cautious. --- The simulation account may be boring, but it’s still better than the psychological torment of risking real money. --- Honestly, trading discipline is life. Without it, everything else is useless. --- I only dare to trade real money after I’ve stabilized my simulation account, otherwise I feel the odds are too high. --- Emotional trading is the deadliest. Greed can wipe you out completely, lessons learned the hard way.

Here we go again, still the same old spiel... but honestly, it's not wrong. I just lost several months' worth of tuition because I didn't honestly practice on the demo account. Stop-loss is really the simplest thing, yet everyone fails to do it, including myself once. Now, I speak from the heart: if you don't practice well on the demo, throwing real money directly is equivalent to suicide. Knowing is one thing, but execution is the real game-changer. I deeply understand this. Don't gamble against the market; discipline is more valuable than technical skills. This is a hard-earned lesson.

This is correct. Once leverage gets out of control, the liquidation risk threshold is triggered instantly, and account evaporation can happen in minutes.

Demo accounts are truly a risk-free opportunity to try and error; not using them is just being foolish. Ha, that's right, discipline is even harder than skills. The ones who can’t stop are always those people, and in the end, they lose all their principal. Emotional trading is incredible; a quick trade and it's over. I also learned my lesson the hard way, so now I stick strictly to demo trading. Stop-loss is easy to talk about, but actually executing it is deadly. Rather than regretting losing real money, it's better to be honest now. Trading without discipline is just giving away money, don't deceive yourself.

nah this is giving "i've read one whitepaper and now i'm a protocol expert" energy... but tbh the discipline part hits different. most people don't have the intellectual rigor for markets, that's just facts.
