#美国非农就业数据表现强劲 Is being trapped really the end? Not necessarily. Many people, after being caught, either rush to cut losses or hold on stubbornly, ending up with losses on both ends. Frankly, at this point, mindset is more important than technical skills.

Let's see if these four points can help you:

**Don't panic and sell blindly**. The rise and fall of the crypto market are cyclical; a temporary unrealized loss isn't the end. As long as your funds can withstand it, staying calm and holding your position is often more cost-effective than panic selling. Unrealized losses and real losses are fundamentally different; the moment you sell is when the real loss occurs.

**Be decisive with stop-loss**. Set your alert prices clearly, and once reached, cut your losses immediately—don't hold onto false hope. First, control your loss range, and once the market stabilizes, consider re-entry opportunities. This way, small losses won't turn into big ones.

**Don't fight the trend in short-term trading**. When the market turns bad, closing your position immediately is wiser than waiting for a rebound. Even if the loss is small, exit decisively because protecting your principal is always more important than chasing small profits.

**Don't go all-in on one coin**. Diversify your holdings across different projects, thoroughly research fundamentals, understand candlestick patterns and technical indicators. Doing your homework and not following the crowd is the key to avoiding pitfalls.

Oh no, it's the same old story... But to be honest, you really can't panic when you're trapped. I'm the kind of person who sticks to it until the end and stays clear-headed. Now I understand.

That's quite true, but execution is really difficult. A few days ago, I was greedy and didn't set a stop-loss, now I'm stuck so tightly that I regret it.

To put it simply, it's really hell to do. I'm the kind of loser who sells early and regrets, then stubbornly holds on and gets trapped.

It's easy to say but hard to do. When you're truly trapped, who can still keep their mindset...

That's true, but I think most people still can't control themselves... Especially when non-farm payroll data is released, their mindset instantly collapses, and they can't stay calm and hold their positions.
