#美国证券交易委员会推进数字资产监管框架创新 Crypto survival rule: Don’t think about getting rich quickly, surviving is the hardest part
This is a story from a friend of mine, and I’m still telling it. Their account went from a huge loss of tens of thousands of U.S. dollars to just 5,000 U.S. dollars, during that time they felt numb and didn’t want to do anything. But they managed to turn that 5,000 U.S. dollars into 500,000 U.S. dollars, and the entire process involved zero luck, purely a methodology.
They summarized three ironclad rules, and I think everyone should listen:
**Rule 1: Stick to mainstream coins, say no to wild speculation** Only focus on foundational assets like BTC, ETH, and deeply study the washout patterns and key levels. For coins you don’t understand, no matter how tempting, don’t touch them. This is the first step to survival.
**Rule 2: Don’t follow the herd, use calm accumulation** When others panic and sell, you need the courage to position precisely. This requires timing the entry point accurately and thinking contrarily. Chasing the trend is easy, bottom-fishing is hard; the difficulty lies in maintaining the right mindset.
**Rule 3: Capital is the lifeline, staying alive is more important than anything** Without capital, there’s no chance to turn things around. This is the most core mental principle.
In the end, there are no insider tips, no luck bonuses—just ironclad rules combined with execution. If you’re already emotionally broken from losses, don’t try to tough it out alone. Opportunities in the market are fleeting; discussing together is more reliable than fighting alone.

Damn, turning 5,000 USD into 500,000 USD—how ruthless do you have to be? I can't do that.

Reliable indeed, these three points really hit the mark, especially the one about principal being the key... I didn't listen to advice before and kept gambling recklessly, and ended up going back to square one.
