Is there still a chance for Bitcoin? Recently, the Federal Reserve's stance has changed.

What does Chairman Powell's recent speech reveal? The core points are twofold — current interest rates are 50 to 100 basis points above the neutral level, and as soon as inflation eases, rate cuts could be initiated. He also emphasized a detail: employment growth has basically stalled, and inflation is unlikely to rise again. The implicit message is that the Fed should consider cutting rates. But he also made it clear that the pace of rate cuts will be "moderate" and not aggressive.

The market's reaction was very direct. After the news came out, the dollar depreciated, and Bitcoin followed suit. Investors are betting early: the days of liquidity easing are near. In the medium to long term, this indeed bodes well for risk assets like cryptocurrencies. More money means higher risk appetite, and funds naturally flow in this direction.

However, it's important to note that rate cuts won't happen overnight. The process will likely involve ups and downs, and market volatility is inevitable. If you want to seize this opportunity to position yourself, it’s recommended to enter gradually and avoid going all-in at once. Stay cautious, follow the trend, and this will reduce your risks.

Waller's words are essentially a signal to us, but don't expect to get everything in one step. The start of the rate cut cycle is Bitcoin's time to thrive. I am firmly bullish, but you need to buy in batches and not be scared off by short-term fluctuations and jump ship. This is basic skill.

The expectation of interest rate cuts has really arrived, and this wave definitely needs to keep up with the pace.

Waller's recent speech can be seen as a reassurance to the crypto community. As soon as the expectation of interest rate cuts emerged, funds immediately entered the market. The logic makes sense. However, let's not get too excited. The Fed's team is best at playing the back-and-forth game, and actual rate cuts are still a long way off.

Entering in batches is the right way; those who go all-in are all cannon fodder.
