22 hours? It's crunch time again, but this time the fundamentals do look pretty good. 2-5 times? Sounds okay, but due diligence is the key. Someone has already entered the market, indicating that the market hasn't misjudged this project. Early-stage tangible assets definitely carry lower risk compared to pure concepts.
