Circle recently announced a new funding support program — Arc Builders Fund. Through dedicated funds from Circle Ventures and the synergy of its investor network, the fund will focus on supporting early-stage startups developing real-world financial applications and services on the Arc ecosystem.

The core idea behind this fund setup is quite interesting. Circle stated that the investment focus will be on projects that can fully leverage the advantages of the Arc architecture. In other words, it’s not about broad, scattershot investments, but precise empowerment — each injection of capital is aimed at deepening and improving the Arc ecosystem.

From an ecosystem development perspective, this is a systematic support initiative. Through a combination of financing, resources, and investor connections, Circle is creating a relatively complete incubation environment for developers and entrepreneurs on Arc, accelerating the implementation of real-world financial applications on the chain. Such ecosystem funds have become standard in the DeFi and Web3 fields and can indeed help a batch of projects grow rapidly.

Arc ecosystem makes another big move, this time seriously This time Circle isn't just throwing money around; precise positioning is indeed clever Wait, can it really be implemented? Feels like just a pie in the sky Early team members are lucky; the fundraising cycle could be shorter Ecosystem funds are standard, but what about the survival rate... This is true understanding of ecosystem development, unlike some projects So how strong is Arc really? Need to do some research

Precise empowerment sounds good, but I don't know what exactly can be incubated in the end.

This wave is really seriously building the foundation of the Arc ecosystem. The name Arc Builders is pretty good, but it still depends on the quality of the projects they ultimately develop. Circle is now also starting to focus on precise investments, taking a different approach. It feels like funds are everywhere now; it all depends on who can truly support the unicorns.

Circle's recent move is quite impressive, but whether Arc will become the next "ecosystem black hole" remains uncertain.

The concept of precise empowerment is real, unlike some funds that randomly invest like sprinkling sesame salt. To put it nicely, it depends on what real things can be incubated afterward. Is the Arc ecosystem about to take off again? It seems like similar promises can be heard in every cycle. This idea is okay, but the key is that the investor network really needs to be substantial. Circle is making moves, it seems they still have quite some confidence in Arc.

Precise empowerment sounds good, but whether a project can truly survive depends on its own capabilities. Wait, is Circle again burning money to support the ecosystem? This trick has already been played out in DeFi. Does the Arc ecosystem have that much imagination space? It still feels like it's in the exploration stage. Implementing real financial applications on the chain is easier to talk about than to do... How to pass the regulatory hurdle? Another ecosystem fund—who doesn't have one these days? The key is the quality of the projects. I'm optimistic about this direction, but Circle needs to show some real skills.
