#美国就业数据表现强劲超出预期 Most DeFi whitepapers have become mere decorations—either project teams making empty promises or copying and pasting concepts. What truly allows people to make money is never the grand visions in those PPTs, but the technical solutions that have been tested and are being continuously used by real users.
EVM is a perfect example. It doesn't have flashy marketing gimmicks, but it keeps the entire Ethereum ecosystem thriving. In contrast, projects that release thousands of pages of whitepapers, with terrible development tools and a cold developer community, what happens in the end? They fade away.
So instead of spending time reading the blueprints of new projects, it's better to look at: How active is their Github? Are their development documents truly user-friendly? Are there actual dApps running in their ecosystem? These practical indicators are more telling than any whitepaper.
Of course, the original whitepapers of Bitcoin and Ethereum are exceptions—they are the foundation and worth reading repeatedly. But apart from these classics, most new whitepapers don't differ much whether you read them or not.

There are plenty of White Papers, but don't touch any projects on Github that have no activity. Really, no amount of ppt viewing is better than checking if the devs are seriously working.

ngl the github activity rate is literally the most underrated sentiment indicator rn. everyone's obsessed with narrative velocity but nobody's checking actual dev commit patterns... that's where the real alpha hiding

Damn, finally someone said it—white papers are just tools to scam newbies.
Projects with no activity on GitHub, no matter how impressive the white paper, are just paper tigers.
That's why I only look at developer activity; everything else is虚假的.
Honestly, the EVM ecosystem is about实干, a hundred times better than those flashy new concepts.
The developer community is so冷得发霉哈哈哈, that metaphor is perfect.
Besides BTC and ETH white papers, there's really no need to read others; it's a waste of time.
Whether a dApp is running on-chain is the real indicator; no matter how漂亮 the PPT, it’s useless.
Why do I feel that in this bull run, it's still the基础设施 that’s impressive, while new projects are dying off really fast.

Whitepapers, really, after reading too many, just end up paying an IQ tax. It's better to glance at Github commit history; it's more useful than a thousand-page PPT.
---
Whitepapers and visions are all well and good, but it's better to see if the developers are still active.
---
EVM-like silent wealth-building mechanisms are the real deal; those projects that rely on marketing every day are already dead.
---
Instead of studying whitepapers, look at dApp activity; that's the real indicator.
---
Exactly, most projects only tell stories, and a quick check on Github shows they're all just for show.
---
Only whitepapers from Bitcoin and Ethereum are worth reading; for others? A quick scan is enough.
---
Poor development documentation, a dead community—no matter how good the whitepaper sounds, it can't save such projects.

White papers are just used to scam newcomers; real money still depends on Github activity and genuine user data.
---
Once again, a bunch of projects release white papers claiming to be awesome, while their developer communities are dead or fleeing... lol
---
EVM has survived until today because it really works, unlike some projects that just tell stories.
---
So, those still reading new white papers are just here to send money. Isn't it more appealing to look at dApp data?
---
I'm done, every time someone asks me about a project's white paper... Bro, first check how long it's been since their last commit on Github.
---
Honestly, I only need to glance at most new white papers; 90% are just copied and pasted garbage.
---
The white paper of Bitcoin is valuable; others... forget it, it's a waste of time.
---
Nowadays, project teams just boast; those with real strength often skip the fancy words altogether.

White papers are just a joke; true competitiveness is revealed on Github.
---
Another bunch of armchair strategizing. I stopped paying attention to these things a long time ago.
---
At the end of the day, the truth is that those who can make money are always a minority.
---
Honestly, most project developer communities are as good as dead.
---
So you're still reading white papers? I started digging into Github a long time ago.
---
The comparison with EVM is excellent; it’s straightforward and still going strong.
---
The development documentation is a complete mess. I don’t touch projects like that at all.
---
Instead of listening to their hype, it’s better to look at the actual data of dApps.
---
White papers are either pie-in-the-sky or just filler; there’s no third option.
---
Once you look at Github, everything is exposed; no one can hide anything.

On-chain data shows that GitHub commit frequency is the real story. White paper? As expected, it's the same old story.

Whitepapers are just paper tigers; it's better to look directly at GitHub for activity—that's where the real value lies.
---
Another bunch of projects are going to fail; the developer community is freezing over while still blowing hot air.
---
EVM-like things are about quietly doing the work without bragging, unlike those projects that keep releasing news... you guys judge for yourselves.
---
Why bother reading whitepapers? Just ask if there's a real dApp running and making money—that's all.
---
The story in the crypto world is always the same: PPT hype with copied concepts, and in the end, users run away.
---
GitHub activity can't be faked; it's the only standard I use to evaluate projects.
---
Honestly, out of all the whitepapers I've read over the years, only two are truly valuable; the rest are trash.
---
Develop tools so terrible that they still dare to raise funds—these projects are just waiting to be abandoned.
---
People who only look at whitepapers and ignore the code should wake up—they're about to lose money.

White papers, huh? On the nice side, they’re a roadmap; on the not-so-nice side, they’re a deceptive menu. Github activity is the real truth.
---
Another project has died. Guess if it’s because the white paper was too thick.
---
EVM is very low-key, just quietly making money. What about those who brag all day? They’ve long disappeared.
---
Still reading white papers? I’ve already opened Github. Brothers, it’s time to wake up.
---
Strong US employment? Bitcoin should be taking off too. Just wait.
---
When dApps really run, they’re worth much more than a thousand-page white paper.
---
The developer community is so cold it’s moldy. Isn’t that just most projects in our circle?
---
White papers are all lies. Few projects I believe in dare to publish a white paper.
---
Honestly, those PPT masters are tired of playing around. Now they all switch to Github.
---
I’ve read the white papers of BTC and ETH a hundred times. The others, once is enough.

White papers, huh? 99% of them are garbage. Checking Github activity is more reliable than anything else.
---
Another project team's PPT. I bet five bucks that no one will use it in half a year.
---
Really, those white papers that are thousands of pages long make me sleepy after a quick glance. Better to see if anyone is actually using it.
---
The success of EVM is because it's ugly but user-friendly. In contrast, some projects... their documentation reads like a foreign language.
---
The developer community is so cold it's moldy haha. That's a clear sign of a death sentence.
---
You can tell if a project is legit just by looking at its Github. Don't get brainwashed by marketing, brother.
---
Apart from BTC and ETH white papers, others? Uh... better to save the effort.
---
Having dApps running is the real indicator. No matter how fancy the white paper is, it’s useless.
---
Honestly, I now first look at the quality of the development documentation before deciding whether to get involved with a project.
---
Most of those defunct projects, nine out of ten, had the most beautiful white papers.
