Oh, finally someone is taking data cleaning seriously. Smart contracts really are garbage in, garbage out, and the APRO approach is brilliant.
I've been looking forward to this off-chain preprocessing method for a long time; it's much more hassle-free.
Data quality is the key, everything else is superficial.
