A seasoned Wall Street short-seller refuses to call it outright—whether certain asset classes are truly overvalued remains uncertain until we look back. The real question isn't if bubbles exist, but whether anyone can spot them in real time. Similar dilemmas plague crypto markets: Bitcoin, Ethereum, and emerging altcoins face constant speculation about fair valuation. Experience traders know that hindsight always provides perfect clarity. The lesson? Don't assume you'll time the cycle. Focus instead on fundamentals, risk management, and understanding what you're actually holding.

Basically, no one can truly buy the dip or sell at the top; everyone is just fooling themselves.

The data shows that... on an hourly basis, there are basically no people able to buy the dip in real-time. However, even with a strong fundamental, gas fees can still wipe out half of your life. Let's wait and see; the historical lows will come back eventually.

That's right, now those shouting about overvaluation are only smart in hindsight. I get annoyed with those who predict the top every day; if they could accurately time the market, they'd be financially free already. It still comes down to fundamentals; don't think about bottom fishing or escaping the top—that's all nonsense.

To be honest, timing is a false proposition. I've seen too many people bet on being able to hit the right moment, only to be liquidated in the end. Instead of guessing every day when the bubble will burst, it's better to honestly analyze whether the coins you hold are worth this price.

That's true, anyone can be a wise man after the event; the key is to be alive to see that day.

Only after selling do you understand valuation; this flower bloomed so late.

Well said. After the fact, everyone can be Zhuge Liang. The key is to stick to the fundamentals and not think about precisely bottom-fishing or top-selling—that's just self-deception.
