#数字资产市场洞察 Contract trading is not a rookie's dream of turning things around

Everyone who enters the crypto world has heard this saying: "Contracts can double quickly." But what’s the result? Most people dive in with dreams of getting rich, only to end up with their principal wiped out.

Honestly, contracts are like a mirror—they reveal whether you truly understand trading. They are not magical money-making tools; rather, they are a strict filtering mechanism. The market will eliminate those who survive on luck and hope.

After years of experience in this industry, I’ve summarized four survival rules. They are not fancy techniques, just the most basic risk management:

**Rule 1: Never fully commit your position**

No matter how tempting the market is, exercise restraint. Going all-in is like betting your entire wealth on market fluctuations. The real situation is that most people don’t fail because they pick the wrong direction, but because they get shaken out by precise oscillations. Keep some bullets in reserve to give yourself two or three chances to correct mistakes, so you can survive longer.

**Rule 2: Trend-following beats bottom-fishing**

Always thinking about catching the bottom or selling at the top? Making a little profit in range-bound oscillations isn’t really meaningful. Those who truly make money are trend traders—pullbacks in an uptrend are opportunities to get in, and rebounds in a downtrend are signals to exit. As long as the trend hasn’t reversed, don’t fight it.

**Rule 3: Be decisive with take-profit and stop-loss**

Being soft when taking profits turns gains into losses; being lucky when facing losses only leads to liquidation. Simply put: small losses, big gains. Set your stop-loss without hesitation, and give your profit orders enough room to let winners stay longer.

**Rule 4: Reduce trading frequency**

Ten or more trades a day? Most of that is just paying fees. The more you trade, the more your mindset is prone to blow up. Losing one trade can cause emotional breakdowns, leading to more mistakes. A stable rhythm is two or three trades a day; quality beats quantity every time.

These four are not trading skills—they are the survival bottom line. If you follow them, you can stand firm in the crypto space; if not, the market is a meat grinder. First, hold your defenses well, and when the real trend arrives, you’ll be qualified to continue fighting.

Full position liquidation... I've heard this phrase so many times it’s like my ears are calloused, yet some people still repeat this routine every day. LOL

All-in players have all lost, and that's no lie. I've seen too many brothers go all-in and end up with everything wiped out, really.

All-in investors have become the nutrients feeding the market; this logic is flawless.

Everyone who was fully invested has died; this statement really hits home. I've seen too many people go all-in and end up out of the game directly, there's really nothing more to say.
