A couple of days ago, I saw something interesting — someone bid $5000 to buy a limited edition co-branded hoodie from a certain DEX, with only about 100 pieces worldwide. The result was that the hoodie was originally in an employee's hands, and they just wouldn't sell. I have to say, both sides are quite amusing. One side knows someone is willing to spend a lot of money and still chases after high prices, while the other holds rare merchandise without knowing how to cash it out. Who is more "irrational"? It's hard to say 😄

Haha, that guy among the employees really didn't get it, 5000 dollars right in front of him and he just wouldn't take it, I truly don't understand that mindset.

Haha, this employee is really a tough person. Not even $5,000 makes him jealous. We really should learn from him.

Haha, this employee is really clueless. Holding a scarce item and not cashing out, $5,000 is right in front of them.

honestly both are leaving money on the table but like... the employee holding out? that's actually kinda based. at least they're not chasing clout like the buyer lmao
