#监管框架与政策 The judicial investigation by the Canada Revenue Agency into Dapper Labs users has shown me an interesting phenomenon: the TradFi system is struggling to keep up with the pace of Web3.

The CRA has collected over 100 million Canadian dollars in taxes over three years but is unable to effectively identify taxpayers in the cryptocurrency sector—this exposes not a problem with Web3, but rather a crisis of adaptability in the current regulatory framework. A team of 35 auditors is handling more than 230 cases, with 40% of users facing compliance risks. What does this data reflect? It shows that regulatory agencies realize that the scale of decentralized finance has reached a level they must confront.

I think this is actually a good thing. The real development of Web3 needs a positive interaction with regulatory frameworks. When the government starts to intervene, investigate, and formulate rules, it indicates that the industry has moved from the fringe to the mainstream. The more fully the pain points are exposed, the more完善 the future policy framework will be designed.

The key is to recognize that compliance is not the enemy of Web3, but a necessary path towards mass adoption. What we should focus on is how future regulatory frameworks can protect users while preserving the core values of decentralization. Once this balance is achieved, Web3 can truly unleash its potential.

So instead of worrying, it's better to embrace this process. Establish a clear awareness of tax reporting and support transparent projects and platforms. Together, we are shaping a healthier ecosystem.
