1) Good projects can continue without VC funding, while bad projects won't succeed even with tens of millions in funding. The quality of a project lies in the team's delivery, not in the endorsement of VCs.
2) pmf is everything.
3) Working in public is more effective than any form of KOL investment.
4) The team needs better interest alignment; the output of a proactive thinker and a worker who is pushed to do things is at completely different levels.
5) Do the right thing at the right time. Develop stealthily when it's time to be stealthy, and go all out when it's time to take bold action.
