On December 23, on-chain data from 【区块律动】 shows that a whale has invested 38.16 million USD to build a position in WBTC over the past month, with an average price of about 85754.65 USD. Now this whale has started to reduce position, transferring 195 WBTC, worth about 17.05 million USD, to a certain leading exchange 4 hours ago.
Interestingly, this whale has reportedly sold off 245 WBTC in batches over the past three weeks. At the current price, this portion of the exited position has made a profit of $325,000. The remaining 200 WBTC still held has an unrealized profit of $389,000. During the entire process, the price of WBTC once surged to a high of $94,555.
The operation rhythm of this whale is quite interesting—gradually adjusting positions from building a position to now, achieving some realized profits while retaining enough positions to continue to seek greater gains. The market funds are mainly flowing to top exchanges, which usually suggests that there may be larger movements ahead.

This whale's move is really ruthless. They run in batches but don't dare to fully escape, a classic case of wanting to have their cake and eat it too, haha.

This Whale strategy is indeed clever, making money while keeping chips, I want to see how high it can go.

This Whale is smart enough to secure over 300,000 and still dares to hold on, betting that it can rise again.
