Why is $ASTER ‌ moving like this while everything else is quiet?

We just saw a solid bounce off the 0.6642 level and it’s been grinding higher ever since. It put in a local top at 0.7073 and then took a quick breather, but the buyers stepped right back in at the 0.68 mark.
Right now we're sitting at 0.6970 and it looks like it’s forming a higher low on the hourly. If we can clear that 0.70 resistance again with some real volume, this thing has plenty of room to run. If not, we might just range between these two levels for the rest of the day.
Volume is decent at 116M so people are definitely watching this one. I’m leaning bullish as long as we stay above 0.6850.
