#美国证监会与商品期货委员会深化数字资产监管协作 $BTC $ETH $BNB Can these leading crypto assets be combined to cross the New Year's Eve? Many are betting on a rebound at the end of the year. However, what is more worth paying attention to recently is the broader environment behind it—the cooperation movements between the US SEC and CFTC. One oversees securities, the other oversees futures; their joint efforts mean that the regulatory framework for crypto assets is gradually improving. Market confidence and policy certainty often go hand in hand. From this perspective, the market trend at the end of the year may not only depend on technical factors; regulatory expectations are also subtly influencing investor sentiment.

The SEC and CFTC are working together on something. The regulatory framework is indeed in the process of exploring a direction. But speaking of which, can policy certainty really cause a market crash?

完善 regulatory framework sounds very sophisticated, but I'm more concerned about when these two departments can stop fighting each other... Anyway, every time they "deepen cooperation," the market always drops first and then rises, and this time is no exception.

honestly the regulatory clarity angle is lowkey bullish but people sleeping on the real play here... if SEC/CFTC actually coordinate their framework, we're looking at institutional capital flows that'll make current volatility look cute. gas fees about to print differently ngl

The regulatory shoe dropping is actually a good thing; at least there are rules to play by, right? Compared to indefinite uncertainty, I would prefer the SEC and CFTC to quickly finalize the framework so that I can feel secure about getting on board.
