Trading MEME coins is essentially a psychological game. In summary, there are roughly three stages:

**Stage One — The Victims**
People talk about it with grandiose claims, community consensus, explosive narratives, and going to the moon, and you believe it. You listen to friends’ advice, check out a certain KOL’s recommendation, and the money flows in. This stage is the easiest to get trapped.

**Stage Two — The Self-Justifier**
Gradually, you start to self-hypnotize. It’s not others convincing you, but you convincing yourself that this is a good project. You study charts, scroll through tweets about coin flips, join Discord, and weave a wonderful story for yourself. The more convinced you are, the more money you pour in.

**Stage Three — The Hunter**
This is for the true experts. You no longer believe in the narrative itself but bet on others’ belief. You study the flow of public opinion, emotional cycles, when to buy and when to sell. You’re not buying coins, but people’s hearts.

Honestly, the second phase is the scariest... that feeling of fooling yourself is the most intense.

It should be pointed out that although the psychological framework of these three stages is intuitive, it appears too superficial in the face of on-chain data. True game theory should be based on mathematical models of information asymmetry, rather than mere psychological reassurance... But to be fair, this metaphor of "human heart trading" indeed touches on a poetic aspect of the market's essence.
