Forming a team is something that people in the crypto circle always think about. Every time they see someone achieve some results through group efforts, everyone gets eager to try, wondering if they can play the same way. But what happens? Plans remain plans, and most of them end up unfinished.

This is a common pattern in crypto groups—doing subtraction. Having been in quite a few groups, I gradually noticed a pattern: the number of members appears to be increasing on the surface, but the number of people actually speaking is getting fewer and fewer. The group is lively at first, then gradually turns into a quiet corner, with only a few people responding to each other.

The reasons are varied. Some are because the topics go off-topic, some because trust decreases, and others simply because they can't hold on anymore. But ultimately, it’s that sense of cohesion slowly dissipates. Trying to form a combat-ready team is no easy task, and maintaining an active community is even harder.

Basically, it's just that there are too many people and too many opinions, and in the end, no one wants to stick to it.

Exactly right, I've seen too many groups like this. At first, everyone says they want to do big things together, but after two weeks, it turns into a zombie group. Persistence is hard; once people's hearts drift apart, the team is finished.

Uh, aren't these the groups I've been in? More and more people, fewer and fewer words, truly impressive.

A typical hype in the crypto world: easy to blow up, even easier to deflate.

Haha, it's the same old trick again, I'm already numb to it. --- Really, the more people in the group, the more dead it becomes. This rule is absolute. --- I can't keep going; this point hit home. Who hasn't experienced a project ending prematurely? --- To put it simply, without profit motivation, even the hottest group will cool down. --- I'm asking, which crypto group has lasted more than half a year? --- Trust is the hardest part; if one person runs away, everything falls apart. --- Forming a team is easy, but breaking up is hard, brother. --- It just feels like there's a lack of a true core figure; otherwise, it's all just superficial.
