The first step in a speculative position is the most crucial. Start steadily, maintain the right mindset, and manage your position properly. The rest is just execution. Many people fail at the initial move, and no matter how much you try to salvage later, it's too late. So don't rush to go all-in; first, understand the market rhythm, and add positions only when the signals are clear. This way, winning can amplify your gains, and losing won't cost you your principal. Remember, a good start can indeed determine half of the success or failure.

Well said, the opening move indeed determines everything. I used to be impatient and reckless, which led to liquidation. Now I understand this principle.

Everyone holding a full position is probably crying now; I should have listened to advice earlier.

Full margin feels great for a moment, but bankruptcy leads to the crematorium. Well said.

All-in traders are all newbies; there's nothing wrong with that statement.

That's right, the opening move can really determine the whole game. I couldn't hold back earlier and went all-in right from the start, and now I'm still climbing out of the loss.

nah, technically speaking this is just risk management 101 dressed up as wisdom. interesting edge case tho - most people ignore the "agg position sizing" part and go full degen mode anyway. vulnerable to emotional override if you ask me

That's right, the opening move can really determine the subsequent direction. I used to rush in with full positions for quick gains, and I got completely wiped out. I'm still paying off the debt now, haha.

Basically, the initial mindset is the key to victory. Many people fail right here.

That's right, the opening move indeed determines the rhythm that follows... but honestly, very few people can truly stick to not going all-in.

That's right, if the opening move is wrong, it's really hard to turn things around later. I'm a living example, haha.
