Looks like most traders haven't really kept their New Year's resolutions when it comes to perp DEXs. You'd think more people would step back from that kind of leverage trading, but the numbers tell a different story—plenty are still glued to perpetual futures platforms despite all those good intentions.

Leverage addiction really has no cure. The promised detox still results in repeated failures.

nah fr, people always say they'll quit the perp degeneracy come january then it's february and they're back liquidating their life savings... fundamentally speaking, this is just the dopamine loop we can't escape, let me break it down for my students: leverage = instant gratification, self-control = boring. who's winning? the exchange fee collectors obviously

Leverage addiction is truly hopeless; just treat New Year's goals as farting.

Well... that's right. New Year's resolutions are just a joke to leverage traders. Who would believe them?

Leverage addiction is truly unchangeable; those who promised to quit are just going to keep playing.
