Recently, I want to test the performance of different asset returns. Since I already have a position in digital assets, I might as well establish some holdings in precious metals to see which one will have a more significant increase later on. Gold, as a traditional safe-haven asset, tends to perform steadily under macroeconomic uncertainty; while digital assets like Bitcoin are more volatile, but their potential return space is also different. This time, I will include both in the observation period and use actual account data to see who can outperform. I feel that this kind of benchmarking comparison is the most intuitive; just talking on paper is meaningless.

Starting to mess around again, playing with gold and Bitcoin together? I’ve calculated this move, and just the gas fees for cross-chain deposits and withdrawals are enough to make a fuss. But on the other hand, data comparison is indeed much more reliable than bragging.

Gold stability is stable, but can it really outperform Bitcoin? I’m skeptical haha
If BTC has another surge this round, it’ll be awesome, looking forward to seeing your account data
Talking on paper is indeed meaningless; real results come from actual trading
The dual-asset portfolio idea is good, but I’m worried gold might end up getting beaten down in the end
Holding both sides simultaneously is a smart move
Are you sure gold can withstand the next Bitcoin explosion?
Forget it, it’s better to allocate some assets to diversify, don’t put all your eggs in one basket
But gold really is just like that; digital assets have a much higher ceiling
Just compare and contrast; let’s see who laughs last
Come back in half a year to discuss this, it’s too early to draw conclusions now

Gold is stable and steady, but the increase really can't be sustained... Still have to bet on that BTC wave.

Gold stability is stable, but these days who still wants that little return? Cryptocurrency is more exciting. A real trading comparison will show who the winner is.

Gold is stable, but can you really hold on without moving? The real alpha is actually in Bitcoin.

Gold and BTC benchmark? Buddy, I like the crypto scene in this game. The volatility is high but the ceiling is even higher. The traditional asset strategies are already out of date.
