#加密货币监管框架 The new CFTC Chair Michael Selig has taken office. This guy previously worked on the SEC crypto task force and is now directly leading the Futures Commission🚀

Key information has been revealed:
- From "strict enforcement" to "focused on rules," meaning they will no longer frequently target enterprises
- To promote legislation on digital asset market structure, consolidating the US's position as the "Crypto Capital"
- SEC and CFTC need to coordinate a unified framework, which really indicates upcoming action

But there's an interesting point here — the CFTC currently has only him as a commissioner, essentially holding all the power. The resource and personnel gaps are also significant; can they sustain it?

However, looking at the attitude of the Trump administration, this is indeed paving the way for crypto. With a clear regulatory framework and benefits for major cryptocurrencies and exchanges, those highly liquid altcoins might also take off. Once the congressional bills are passed, the market landscape could change dramatically.

The current question is when we will see actual actions, rather than just talk. But based on this lineup, the probability of a positive shift in crypto regulation by 2026 is quite high💪
