Working at a cryptocurrency exchange, especially a larger trading platform, the fast pace and high pressure are standard. If you fall into any of these categories, honestly, entering the industry can be quite challenging: generally low psychological resilience, easily affected by market fluctuations, or having strict boundaries between work and life (like 9-to-5), hoping to leave on time and fully relax on weekends. These roles are basically impossible to be completely detached 24/7; market emergencies and urgent product issues can break your plans at any time. Of course, it's not entirely impossible—giving it a try can help accumulate experience, but you need to have realistic expectations psychologically. Most people ultimately choose to leave because the pace is too fast.

This line really isn't for humans. I couldn't stand staying at the exchange for half a year, still dealing with emergencies at 3 a.m...

Really, working at a crypto exchange is not for humans... Even on weekends, I have to monitor the market, feeling like I'm breathing with the market itself.

People who are constantly led by the price of coins, it's better not to come anymore, I really can't take it anymore.

To be honest, the intensity of the trading platforms in the crypto world is not something everyone can handle. I've seen too many people give up after just two or three months.

Honestly, I've seen too many people fall into the exchange trap and then crawl out again, especially with those large platforms that operate 24/7 on call, it's really hard to keep up.

I really can't handle these 24/7 on-call days anymore, let those with strong hearts come on instead.

It's exploding, the 9-to-5 routine is a joke in the crypto world. I've seen too many people can't last more than three months.
