actually, before anyone gets excited about this "unified financial OS" narrative... have you actually run the numbers on cross-protocol settlement times? because integrating yields, payments, and credit on a single chain just consolidates your counterparty risk into one catastrophic vector. not exactly the risk-adjusted thesis people think it is.

Sounds good, but can this really solve the current DeFi fragmentation problem? However, if it can truly connect yields, payments, and credit, a bear market is worth it. This requires very strong liquidity support, feels like just another pie-in-the-sky plan. How to handle compliance? Still the same old story of avoiding regulation. It sounds nice, but how many people can actually use it? Another all-in-one project, is this really different this time? On-chain credit system? Uh, it's a bit hard to imagine it being truly reliable. A closed-loop financial ecosystem sounds great, but the gas fees are quite high.
