TON Strategy Company (TONX) recently announced personnel appointments. Starting from January 5, 2026, Mary L. Marbach will serve as Chief Legal Officer and Company Secretary, and Bill J. Rivard will assume the role of Chief Accounting Officer.

CEO Veronika Kapustina stated in the announcement that the addition of these two executives will further strengthen the company's leadership team. Their extensive experience in publicly traded company governance and SEC(SEC) reporting background is particularly important for the company's current development.

Specifically, the company is building a compliant public portal for the TON blockchain. Marbach and Rivard said they will focus on establishing a sound legal framework and strengthening accounting control systems to ensure the proper management of the company's TON funds, while supporting the smooth implementation of network participation strategies.

This personnel adjustment reflects TONX's commitment to compliance development and injects new momentum into the growth of the TON ecosystem.

Back for more personnel adjustments? This compliance routine is typical—usually means you're about to be under scrutiny. Oh my, experienced with the SEC? What are they preparing for... TONX is shifting from wild growth to a formal army; it seems inevitable to face regulatory challenges. With two new executives onboard, the fund management system needs to be reorganized? Hmm, that feels familiar. Speaking of, this TG project still can't escape the path of compliance in the end. New year, new atmosphere, but I always feel something's off. Legal frameworks, accounting controls, SEC reports... these terms are really solidly stacked. TONX is really going to "grow up"; I wonder if the community will buy it.

Another personnel adjustment, this time hiring someone with an SEC background. Looks like compliance is really coming. --- Compliance, compliance, compliance, I'm tired of hearing it... Can we get the coin to go up first? --- Sounds nice, but isn't it just because they're afraid of being watched by Americans? --- If these two can really handle the legal framework, then there's something wrong. The TON matter isn't that simple. --- Oh, finally some正规军 (professional troops) are coming in. Is the burn-money model coming to an end? --- Legal advisor + Chief Financial Officer, this is a serious long-term battle. --- Wait, what does this have to do with ecosystem development? It's just about protecting themselves. --- No wonder there have been so many compliance news lately; turns out they've been planning this all along. --- Basically, it's fundraising + compliance, the old routine. --- Everyone's in place. When will we see the actual product go live?

Oh, SEC compliance package is starting. It seems TONX is really going for the formal route. Is the TON ecosystem planning to completely whitewash? They hired two big accounting and legal experts... feels like they won't be messing around anymore. Compliance, compliance, same old story. By the way, can these two new officials in office turn TON into a mess? Fund management standards? Alright, at least better than the chaos before. Looking forward to not being dissed again. This move is a bit like a pre-IPO self-rescue, but for the ecosystem, it's definitely a good thing.

Here it comes again, compliance, compliance, every day compliance... Can it really work? --- SEC background + legal framework, sounds solid, but I'm worried it's just talk on paper. --- Where's the money? Can these two really manage TON's treasury well? --- Management overhaul, are they going public? I smell something. --- New year, new atmosphere, I believe in your execution this time. --- I don't know, I'm just watching first, waiting to see what happens next. --- Compliance construction? Feels like every project uses the same excuse... --- Two SEC veterans entering the scene, are they planning something big?

Back to compliance again? Does the TON ecosystem still need SEC's approval? --- Compliance, compliance, still the same old tired stuff. Is true freedom in crypto possible? --- Two American executives, are they embracing regulation... the crypto world is starting to change. --- Haha, legal frameworks, accounting controls... sounds like traditional finance moving in. --- Wait, is this a signal to go public with compliance? Okay, okay. --- TON is paving the way in the US, looks serious. But isn't that cost a bit high? --- What’s this about a public portal again... feels like they’re just explaining something? Just say they’re going to be regulated. --- Not sure if these two are reliable, but whether SEC approval is possible... really hard to say. --- Doing compliance too early is a waste of money, doing it too late means no chance. The timing for TONX... is okay. --- Having the Chief Legal Officer and Chief Accounting Officer both involved, they’re really making moves.
