#以太坊大户持仓变化 📉 Cryptocurrency Market Liquidation Depth Analysis (2/3)

Long and short double-sided squeeze: Why do retail investors always take the last hit?

🟢 Deadlock for Long Positions:
"Market is bullish, I leverage 90,000 to control 100,000 worth of assets"
Only 10% decline → Automatic liquidation by the system → Capital evaporates
Even if the price rebounds and doubles later, it’s no longer your turn

🔴 Dilemma for Short Positions:
"Market is bearish, I borrow coins to short, waiting for the bottom to cover"
Only 10% increase → Forced buyback to stop loss → Same result, a complete mess

🌀 Market Killer Scenarios:
Extreme volatility days: $BTC $ETH Daily fluctuation ±20% → 10x leverage overload
Sudden plunge: rapid drop → triggers liquidation → immediately rebounds (the bagholders are already out)
Midnight exhaustion: want to close position but no liquidity, only able to watch the liquidation happen

📊 Bloody Market Records:
• 2022 LUNA crash event: $10 billion positions liquidated in one day
• March 2023, a Tuesday: over 200,000 liquidation participants in a single day
• 10x leverage: volatility reaching 10% of principal = exit
• 100x leverage: even 1% fluctuation = complete elimination

💡 Things exchanges will never proactively talk about:
• Liquidation trigger prices are often more "perfectly timed" than theoretical calculations
• Daily interest compounded on high leverage can eat up 50% of your profits
• Positions marked as "market price execution" are often executed at the worst historical prices

🔐 Survivors understand one truth:
Leverage is not an amplifier, but a butcher knife; platforms are not your tools, but the designers of this game

The list of dead players in leverage trading is about to be updated again.

It has proven that the liquidation mechanism of leverage is the most ingenious harvesting design of the exchange, especially the hidden snare of "market order execution at the worst price." I have tested the liquidation logic across multiple chains, and the data simply does not match the promises made in the white paper.

Damn, looking at this data, it feels like my leveraged positions are just like writing a farewell letter before suicide. Really, I always say I only play with 10x leverage, but when the market dips, it turns into a memorial service. The platform is the real winner in this game. Those who said they made a fortune with LUNA before, how are they doing now? Have the retail investors learned to be smarter? Anyway, I can't see it. Retail investors are just here to feed the exchanges, everyone knows that, but they still can't stop going all-in. Truly unbelievable. It makes me so angry just thinking about it. All the principal is in, but half of the interest has been eaten up. Is this even trading? Pure blood, sweat, and tears have gone down the drain.

Leverage players die just short of a rebound, I believe.

It's the same old story, but anyone who plays with leverage should take a look at the LUNA disaster.
